Welcome to The PLNR Co AS (“The PLNR”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products.
By accessing the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.
1. Access & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
2. Our Products
We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time, and may restrict sales by region or jurisdiction where necessary.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where inventory is unavailable, or where pricing or listing information contains an error. An order is confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally, including Norway, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Because each PLNR™ is sealed for quality and preservation, opened or unwrapped products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where shipping was included in the purchase price, original shipping costs and any duties or fees paid on your behalf may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Services — including text, layouts, designs, graphics, photographs, trademarks, and the structure and framework within The PLNR™ — are owned by The PLNR Co AS or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
PLNR™ is a trademark of The PLNR Co AS (registration published in the European Union and pending in the United States).
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or create derivative works from our products or content without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that collection and use.
8. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may use third-party services (such as analytics and advertising tools) to operate, improve, and understand use of the Services. We may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Accuracy, Errors & Availability
We aim to keep information on the Services accurate and current, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders where any information (including pricing) is inaccurate, even after an order has been placed.

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The PLNR Co AS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively before the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page and will apply from the date it is published. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through our Services are transactions between you and The PLNR Co AS. Shopify is not responsible for orders, fulfillment, returns, or customer service. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify has no liability arising from your purchase or use of the Services.
