Shipping policy

Each PLNR™ is carefully packaged and shipped from Norway.

We currently deliver across Europe, including the EU, the UK and Norway, as well as the United States.

If your country isn’t listed, contact us at hello@theplnr.com. We may still be able to arrange delivery.

 

Processing & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Europe: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, season, and carrier.

Duties, taxes & fees

VAT is included for orders within the EU and Norway.
US orders are not subject to VAT.

Printed books are duty-free in the US, UK, and EU.
Occasionally, local carriers may apply additional fees outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in your order total.

If a return is approved, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, as outlined in our Return Policy.

 

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, contact hello@theplnr.com with your order number and we’ll help promptly.
