Each PLNR™ is carefully packaged and shipped from our fulfillment partners in Norway and the United States.

We currently deliver to Norway, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.

If your country isn’t listed, contact us at hello@theplnr.com. We may still be able to arrange delivery.

 

Processing & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

United States: 2–5 business days (ships from Dallas, Texas)

United Kingdom, European Union & Norway: 2–5 business days (ships from Norway)

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, season, and carrier.

Duties, taxes & fees

Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping costs

Complimentary delivery is included with all orders.

If a return is approved, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund as outlined in our Return Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact hello@theplnr.com with your order number and we’ll help as quickly as possible.
