Cancellation policy

Subscription Purchases (The PLNR™ Society Membership)

When you join The PLNR™ Society Membership, you’ll receive one new edition each 90 days.

• You can cancel or pause your membership at any time, but to avoid being charged for the next quarter, you must cancel before the next billing date.

• Any shipment already billed and prepared cannot be cancelled.

• Once a shipment has been dispatched, it is treated as a one-time purchase and follows the same return policy (only unopened planners are eligible for return).

You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or emailing us at hello@theplnr.com.

 

Refunds for Cancellations

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• If shipping was included in your price, our actual shipping cost (and any duties paid on your behalf) will be deducted from the refund.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We are not responsible for international returns lost in transit.
