Each edition is crafted with intention and sealed to preserve its integrity from our studio to your hands. If something isn’t right, our team is here to assist you personally.

 

Returns

Unopened and unused planners in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Because each PLNR™ is sealed for quality and preservation, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or unwrapped.

To request a return, please email hello@theplnr.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items should be sent securely in a protective outer box to ensure they arrive safely.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

As international shipping is included in the purchase price, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Any import duties, local taxes, or related fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theplnr.com and include photos of the issue.

We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.
