Each edition is crafted with intention and sealed to preserve its integrity from our hands to your. If something isn’t right, our team is here to assist you personally.
Returns
Unopened and unused PLNR™ editions in the original seal/packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email hello@theplnr.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.
Returns must be sent securely in protective outer packaging and arrive in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Import duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@theplnr.com with your order number and photos of the issue, within 7 days.
We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
