Each edition is crafted with intention and sealed to preserve its integrity from our studio to your hands. If something isn’t right, our team is here to assist you personally.
Returns
An unopened and unused PLNR in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Because each PLNR™ is sealed for quality and preservation, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or unwrapped.
To request a return email hello@theplnr.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.
The return would need to be sent securely in a protective outer box to ensure they arrive safely and return shipping costs would be your responsibility. We also ask that the package be sent with tracking and shared with us once dispatched.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
Original shipping, fulfillment, and import-related costs will be deducted from the refund.
Import duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theplnr.com and include photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
